No windsurfing this far. Missed out on a good premiere day yesterday. Since the start of 2012 I've exercised more than ever as you can see above.
I started out with a good plan for running. Unfortunately I had some problems with my knees and shifted over to rowing and cycling with the occasional standup paddle session.
Right now I've lost some weight and have a far better stamina. The coming month I will row more in order to toughen my hands for some serious wave riding this summer.
