West coast, Åsa - ****
4.o/4.7 + AW = 300'
Well well. Åsa was gusty. But fun. We rolled in at noon and was treated to a windy day and waves that varied in size and quality all day. I had decided to go more down the line - check. I was determined to aim for the lip more often - check. I was prepared to get worked. I got worked. The waves weren't quite lining up so timing and luck was critical. It felt as if I took my riding a step forward. A fun day.
It's funny how you just keep on riding until you get completely exhausted, and then some. What other sport is that much fun?
