Two and a half months ago I bruised my upper chest (ribs). Two weeks ago my doctor said that two months was nothing, "it's gonna take a long while to heal". : (

Yesterday was good fun sunny and pretty warm, nice 5.5-sailling. Sailed really held back because of, more or less, constant pain. Cruised and jibed - never even fell in. This is kinda unusual for me. I like to push it.
