This year's first week started of in a frantic mode. No more will I get exhausted after 30 minutes of wave riding in Torö. I've started running, yesterday I did an 8 km run in 45 minutes, and working out at home on a regular basis.
The running will make me fitter and increase my endurance.
Last monday I received my Naish paddle from Fahlén Surf. I will go out on my SUP to mix up my training.
